Order Processing & Tracking
At AdvancedPUP, we know your dog is waiting! Most orders are handled within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please note that carriers may take 24-48 hours to update tracking links once they receive the package.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we exclusively serve pet parents within the United States. This allows us to maintain our high standard of fast delivery and quality control. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at questions@advancedpup.com. Once a package has been processed by our carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
Lost or Damaged Packages?
While we trust our carriers, accidents happen. If your bottle arrives damaged or your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us within 7 days. We are committed to making it right for you and your pup.
